    An other film music festival is taking place in Prague this year.

    The third annual FILM MUSIC PRAGUE festival promises a lot of hollywood music, atractive guests and will support a cancer cure development in the Masaryk Memorial Cancer Institute in Brno. All money will be given to czech scientists. In past we welcomed famous composers of film music - Rachel Portman (Chocolat), Jan Kaczmarek (Finding Neverland), Nicholas Hooper (Harry Potter) and Ilan Eshkeri (Stardust). This year we will welcome composers again. If you buy a ticket, you will experience a lot of fun and support the charity!

    Composer Elliot GOLDENTHAL (Alien 3) will be a special guest of the opening gala in Rudolfinum, Prague. We will celebrate Jerry Goldsmith's 85th Birthday too.

    25th September 2014
    Festival FILM MUSIC PRAGUE presents a special screenings of movies with Goldsmith', Doyle's and Goldenthal's music - Legend, Frankenstein and Interview with the Vampire.

    26th September 2014
    Program will be finished by the gala concert of Patrick DOYLE's music. This famous british composer (Thor, Brave, Harry Potter 4) will be a special guest.

    Yup. If it hadn't been for Krakow (which collides with this), I would have been there.

    Seems like Doyle and Goldenthal are the two "festival trotters" this year.
    I am extremely serious.

    And Goldenthal was already in Tenerife (I believe) earlier this summer, while Doyle will be in Helsinki this upcoming weekend.

    As I mentioned several times before, Krakov and Prague are pretty close and anyone can easily attend Prague festival, which will offer an actual Goldenthal AND Doyle concerts in proper enviroment, while they will both have only a few pieces performed in Krakov. And then move to Krakov together with all of "our" guests, who are also attending both.




    Not to mention that ALL OUTCOME FROM FILM MUSIC PRAGUE FESTIVAL IS BEING DONATED TO MASARYK INSTITUT IN BRNO DEVELOPING THE CURE AGAINST CANCER.

    With so much ALS Ice Buckets and everything being donated to fighting ALS, why not fight cancer as well and also meet some awesome people, listen to great music performed by tremendous musicians in one of the most stunning concert halls in central Europe? I challenge you all to come! And even if you can't make it, you can simply make your donations by buying a ticket...
